Bose QC35 Honest Review

I've owned a Bose QC35 headset for six months now and have been using it almost everyday at work also when travelling by train or aeroplane.

Just to share my experience with this headset in order to help anyone looking to buy similar headset.

Pro:
  1. Very comfortable to wear even for 15 hours direct flight from Toronto to Guangzhou. I could sleep well and most of the time I missed the ear pain due to pressure changes during taking off and landing.
  2. Instead of using 'Ok Google', you can ask Google Assistant by pressing the middle button on the headset until you hear the 'beep' sound if the Google Assistant has been activated on your Android phone, otherwise follow this article to activate it.
Cons:
  1. In windy condition the noise cancellation has to be set to Low to eliminate the wind noise however it can only be done via the Bose Connect application on Android or iPhone.
  2. Unpleasant noise when walking fast or running.
  3. Unpleasant noise when travelling by bus especially if sitting above the wheels or riding on bumpy road.
I bought mine when I found sales promotion info from OzBargain for Myer via eBay.
